 In Nepal , government hasn't given authorized to Paypal.
 Any ATMs, Credit card ,Debit card or visa electron given by Nepalese bank can't verify
 paypal,skrill or any other international e-payments system. Thus online transaction for international
 business is difficult. I've found a way to verify paypal from Nepal i.e. Payoneer.
 Payoneer is an internet-based financial services business that allows users to transfer money
 and receive paymentsthrough re-loadable prepaid Mastercard Debit cards. It is also an alternative to paypal.
 It was founded at NewYork,USA in 2005. It issues the MAsterCard which can be used at ATMs.

 To get Payoneer MasterCard Follow the procedure given below.

 1) Go to payoneer.com
 2) sign Up with correct details
 3) correct details are must to get payoneer MasterCard
 4) Within 2-3 days it sends you an email asking for the verification document like citzenship, driving license
   or any other document recognized by government which can be used as ID.
 5) Scan the document and send it via email and you'll get further information in email time to time.

 If everything is fine then,Payoneer sends you Mastercard through Post office and it may take from 20-30 days
 according to the system of your country and it's effectiveness.
